Wyndgarth has a tarmac and concrete drive, and a level car parking area next to the side of the house.

There are three steps to front door with a handrail.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor, up a flight of stairs that has a handrail. The twin bedded room is on the ground floor with walk-in shower room ensuite.

Wyndgarth has fitted carpets throughout (except for the ensuite bathrooms). All doors have handles at a sensible height, as do the light switches and power points. Additional lights are available in the rooms.

A mobile phone is available for guests. A writing pad and pen is also available.

Smoke alarm in all bedrooms and hallways. Emergency lighting is at the top and bottom of the stairs. Room information is clearly displayed.

Duvet and non-feather pillows on all beds, blankets are available.
